Working Process:

The fully automatic multi-lane packaging process integrates the following steps in one continuous fluid operation:

2. Volumetric Dosing: The granule dosing device accurately measures and dispenses the solid beverage granules into each lane.
3. Material Filling: The granules are precisely filled down into the formed film bags.
4. Vertical & Horizontal Sealing: The back-seal and horizontal sealing devices seal the film together firmly to create an airtight barrier.
