This is a fully-automatic packing machine with multiple functions that can be integrated with various filling systems.
It features a horizontal bagging device which is able to hold a large quantity of bags. Driven by a servo motor, it can operate at high speed. There is an automatic alarming function and it will stop when the air pressure is insufficient.
The high-precision horizontal bag feeding device has an adjustable speed. It is equipped with components of famous brands to ensure the quality and durability of the machine. It can open the zipper efficiently and accurately.
It comes with a double piston metering pump that has a wide measuring range and double feeding nozzles to enhance the packaging speed.
Workflow:
  1. There is an explosion-proof electrical box.
  2. The horizontal bag giving device supplies bags.
  3. The date printer is used to print relevant dates.
  4. The bag opener opens the bags.
  5. The dual filling nozzles fill the contents.
  6. The double sealing device seals the bags.
